Design and identity for Future Souvenirs art show.
An exhibit on climate change in New York’s Lower East Side, we imagined and parodied the souvenir shop of the future, filled with tchotchkes you would expect to see in any shop of its kind around the world. These souvenirs reflected the changing silhouette of the Earth within our lifetime, due to the effects of climate change.
Based on facts and real projections, we aimed to educate in an approachable and digestible way, through the rose-tinted lens of the tourism industry.
This project included branding, signage, promotional material and merchandise design for seven global destinations, each with a different, yet unified aesthetic.
